A New Multi-Objective Optimization Model of Water Resources Considering Fairness and Water Shortage Risk

Assessing the fairness of water resource allocation and structural shortage risks is an urgent problem that needs to be solved for optimal resources. In this study, we established a new multi-objective optimization model resources based on fairness. We propose improved NSGA-III reference point selection strategy (ARNSGA-III) solve model. The superiority method was proven by comparing it with three other methods, namely, NSGA-III, MOSPO, MOEA/D. applied optimize in Wusu City China. results show provides reasonable feasible solutions solving conflicts. convergence stability ARNSGA-III are better than those algorithms. Allocation schemes normal years, dry extremely years proposed. risk index reduced 50.1%, economic benefits increased 0.2%, 60.5%. This study can provide ideas regional
